So imagine my delight when I finally got the chance to, as it opened its doors to the public a few weeks back! It was a particularly busy day for me that day, but as I stepped into the restaurant walls, it's as if my senses knew it was time to relax and enjoy the kind of "Paradise" I was about to experience. True enough, it did not disappoint and I left the restaurant wanting more!

How cool right? This is exactly why they're called "Paradise Dynasty: Legend of Xiao Long Bao!"
It's also in this particular sequence that they suggest diners try the flavors, to fully appreciate each, making sure no flavor overpowers the other.
Clearly the spicy Szechuan is the most overpowering so it's saved for the last. It was also one of my favorites because of its kick and strong flavor! Yes, I am a fan of spice! Other favorites were the black truffle, crab roe, and cheese!
Aside from these colorful, flavorful, and unignorable xiao long baos, another winner specialty is their hand-pulled noodles! AKA La Mian! Their signature stock uses ingredients like pork bone, pork ribs, and whole chicken, simmered over slow fire for 12 hours before being served.
We had the La Mian with 'Dan Dan' Spicy Sesame and Peanut Sauce. It was savory, sweet, spicy, and I absolutely loved the firm yet chewy texture of the freshly hand-pulled noodles!
Pan fried pancake with red bean paste
Also got to try their Water Chesnut Drink served cold, complete with a tropical umbrella! Every time I dine at a new restaurant I always go for the unique choices that only they have, just like this beverage! It tasted a bit like wintermelon juice. Sweet, cool, and refreshing!
